  • Phone 999 if someone's life is at risk (for example, they have seriously injured themselves or taken an overdose, or if you do not feel you can keep yourself or someone else safe.
  • Contact the Kent and Medway Mental Health Crisis Line service via 111 and choose option 2. There will be someone to answer your call 24hrs a day. Calls are free. 
  • You can also visit the Tunbridge Wells Safe Haven for in person support without appointment
  • Don’t suffer in silence Text the word SHOUT to 85258 or call 0800 107 0160 for free confidential support at any time.  Free expert advice from trained counsellors is available for all mental health concerns.

Adult Mental Health Navigator Service

Patients contact their GP for help with stress and symptoms related to mental illness. Some of the issues that patients face during these times are caused or made worse by non-medical issues such as financial & employment concerns, housing issues, social isolation, substance misuse, bereavement or caring and parenting responsibilities.

The Adult Mental Health Care Navigator Service connects people over the age of 18 to community groups, activities and services in the local area who can help you with these issues.
