Patient Participation Group
The NHS requires every Practice to have a PPG.
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of people who are patients of the surgery and want to help it work as well as it can for patients, clinicians and staff.
The key objective of the Group is to facilitate the best outcomes for patients by sharing their concerns and views with the Practice, by exchanging ideas and information to help the Practice develop support and services, and by communicating news and changes to patients.
Any registered patient who would like to become a member of the Group, would be most welcome. Please fill in the form and you can also sign up to receive regular PPG member Newsletters with practice news and a selection of health related topics and articles.
There is also a "Patient Participation Group" notice board at both Grosvenor and St James surgery sites.
For further information or any questions regarding the PPG, please contact the Assistant Practice Manager at the surgery, Elena Lewis-Grey.
Alternatively, you can sign up to become PPG member by asking Receptionists for a form and providing your email address.
