Telephone system upgrade

 

We are going live with a telephone system upgrade

The main features will be:

  • Patient call-back facility (their place in the telephone queue will be kept and they will be called back when they reach number one in thew queue - this will be offered as an option during the queuing process.
  • The Practice will be able to manage and monitor incoming telephone calls much more efficiently hopefully reducing phone queuing time.
  • The telephone system integrates with the clinical system meaning reception will be able to find your details more easily.

We do ask patients to bear with us as the system comes in.
