Named GP Policy

Accountable/Named GP for all Patients

NHS England has announced that all patients should have a named, accountable GP. This is in order to deliver more personalised care, co-ordinating appropriate contractual services. This does not affect your treatment or care at the Practice and you can choose to see any GP of your choice as always. If you wish to check who your named accountable GP is please ask at reception when you next come into the practice.
