1. The practice followed up with me very quickly after a blood test.
2. I did not have to wait long for an appointment with the nurse about the blood test results.
3 The nurse was kind and empathetic and explained my results to me well.

I used anima after 3pm on a friday before bank holiday and was seen at the surgery within 2hrs. Thorough examination to rule out serious infection, prescription for antibiotics and referral to specialist clinic. Excellent service.

I needed to see a doctor urgently. I completed the form online via Anima then got a call and an appointment at 10.00am for which I was hugely grateful.

Don't like new system of having to complete an online econsult every time to be able to get an appt. It is longwinded and takes too long, and isn't open early enough in the morning to make it convenient to use.
Some GPs are very good and thorough in their consultations, others are less helpful and don't really seem to want to refer you for tests or further options, just want you to try what you think is best and wait another month.

The Dr himself was friendly and helpful, it is the procedure to get either in front of one or on the phone. The booking through Anima is painful and takes too long. As patients, we want to be able to speak to a human and not have to be triaged through technology to decide if we deserve a face to face or telephone appointment.
