After filling in online form I recieved a same day appointment with the nurse. She was kind, friendly and professional dealing with my health issue she was reasurring and gave clear guidance xx

I have given my answer because I’ve been under the surgery since the 12th of January up until the beginning of this month August I was having a regular re dressing to cyst on my back as I could not do it myself as I’m a single person at the age of 76 but I would like to say I was very very very happy for what the surgery were doing for me and our wonderful everyone was so nice what more could I ask for? I would like to say is thank you to everyone for everything you’ve done for me it took six months and the nurses were so very very helpful to me so thank you so much to everybody.

I had my monthly zoladex with the Nurse associate (I’m really sorry can’t remember Name! - begins with N) She was fabulous and really put me at my ease, making a dressed procedure easy

Extremely thorough care. Linda practice nurse,saved me last Wednesday by correctly diagnosing osteomyelitis. I have unfortunately 99% have to lose the toe , but she sent me to hospital where they hopefully caught infection so no more toes are amputated. I OWE MY LIFE to Linda. Used Enima to contact the surgery & got an appointment on the same day. X-ray booked for tomorrow. The doctor I saw was very thorough & explained her findings clearly.

I have had several ongoing appointments with Neve Funnell the Nurse to change my compression bandage. She made sure each week that my treatment was correct as my leg swelling healed and i made transision to compression sock.

The staff working at Grosvenor and St. James Medical Practice are always very helpful and kind. This includes receptionists, doctors and nurses. Dr. Philipp in particular is excellent. She is always friendly and helpful, and takes time to explain things and answer any questions. The surgery have been very supportive towards me throughout some health issues that I have been experiencing for a while now.

There is always a reminder of an upcoming appointment. Receptionist are all friendly and helpful. Waiting time is not long. Check in either on the board or personally good. Treatment good. Anima impossible.

I have suspected legionella and within the same day as submitting an anima request the surgery were contacting me to come in to see Dr Hall who is the most thorough and caring doctor I’ve experienced in my 40 years of living in England

My anima request for an in person GP appointment was actioned within minutes and I was sent a range of possible appointment dates and times, with my preferred GP. I was seen on the day of the appointment. The GP had read my notes, knew why I was there and the background to my appointment request. She made me feel entirely at ease while discussing something potentially embarrassing, gave clear explanations of the way forward and options, which we then agreed on.

Dr Hall was early and so was I so a bonus to go straight in. She was very sympathetic but positive about my aggressive bites. I am a nervous patient and have many previous bite stories. She listened and I appreciated that.

The doctor i saw was super super efficient listened to the symptoms i described diagnosed the problem immediately referred me to the hospital immediately and all is being sorted with them

The gp was excellent, troubke is when you are 89 and need transport to get to and from doctors but not classified as disabled there us no where to park!!!!

Excellent service, received by reception. Along with the lovely nurse who explained everything clearly and fully. My father coming up 89, finds it difficult to get to the Upper Grosvenor surgery, however the delightful lady on reception was more than helpful with helping. I travel 30 miles to support my Dad in his medical appointments. This was made easier. His appointment for RSV vaccine and wound check was so clearly relayed by the fantastic nurse who saw him. Thank you for your great service. Albeit he still would like to go to the St James surgery as it is 5 minutes away for him! He does like a walk!! Thank you all. Daughter of the patient.
