My service is always good. My appointments are always on time to the minute. I’m treated very well and very helpful. Had very very happy with my treatment. Yes it’s taken a long time my treatment but that’s one of those cases not everything can be finished in one or two days so at the end of the day I always come out of my appointment very happy

I had an appointment to see my dr within 1 hour of asking to see her about my health problem, appointment was on time and I was given a prescription for nearest pharmacy. perfect. now feeling much better.

Dr Ray always treats my anxiety and insomnia with great care and compassion. I know she is very busy, yet she always takes time to listen to my concerns and takes them seriously. I know I recover much faster thanks to her care. She is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend her to anyone.

I find using ANIMA quite challenging but my experience with most of the receptionist bar a few is great. And most importantly my GP Dr Matt Smialowsky is excellent and very attentive.
