This is the third time I have submitted my answers?
Gp was fantastic, I had been in hospital for 11/12 days with an infection.
I am on many medications, these were altered or stopped, I seriously needed to stick to the new script. The GP was EXCEPTIONALLY understanding and efficient, the change of medication was sent electronically to my usual chemist, so that I was immediately able to continue with my new medications. I truly could not have received better or more understanding care.
I know that the elderly may not be able to communicate online, that is the only possible flaw in this system. But time, by its very nature brings change that cannot encompass absolutely every patient, but on behalf of a senior who cannot use the online system, as he lives locally, he is able to nip in to the surgery, where the staff are very helpful. Excellent staff on every level, extremely supportive and helpful

Dr Malik is an extremely thorough, reassuring dr. He inspires confidence and explains things very clearly and gives a plan of action. I always feel heard and that he has my best interests in his decisions.

GO listened to me and understood my fears.
After explaining my issue, the GP could not have been more understanding of my requirements, and met those requirements.
I am extremely grateful to the surgery yet again, 100% met my medication needs.
