From my initial face to face appointment with my G.P. through blood tests, x-rays and follow up appointment with the nurse took just 14 days which is amazing. All the appointments were on time & everyone was very pleasant.

Don't like new system of having to complete an online econsult every time to be able to get an appt. It is longwinded and takes too long, and isn't open early enough in the morning to make it convenient to use. Some GPs are very good and thorough in their consultations, others are less helpful and don't really seem to want to refer you for tests or further options, just want you to try what you think is best and wait another month.

I needed to see a doctor urgently. I completed the form online via Anima then got a call and an appointment at 10.00am for which I was hugely grateful.

I used anima after 3pm on a friday before bank holiday and was seen at the surgery within 2hrs. Thorough examination to rule out serious infection, prescription for antibiotics and referral to specialist clinic. Excellent service.

The Dr himself was friendly and helpful, it is the procedure to get either in front of one or on the phone. The booking through Anima is painful and takes too long. As patients, we want to be able to speak to a human and not have to be triaged through technology to decide if we deserve a face to face or telephone appointment.
