The doctor told me unnecessarily that I had been responded to a few months ago which I did not receive and blamed “IT issues” and said that if the letter sent to me reached me I would have been able to book a physio long time ago which will now delay the process. I did not appreciate his lack of expertise and do not wish to see him again.

My recent appointment at Grosvenor was excellent, as every appointment has been. I cannot praise the staff, from the reception team, phlebotomists, pharmacists, to Doctors. Their professionalism demonstrates just hiw successful the NHS is, despite its ongoing criticism. My recent app with Dr Lofthouse was thorough and she was very attentive, as have all the Doctors been.
I'm very grateful to all of them for the care I've received.

Saw Dr Malick he is a great doctor.
He is very approachable and listens. He gives clear and understandable answers and diagnosis.

Dr Matt was excellent…. Have been to him on a number of occasions, helpful with questions and was able to get me an MRI quickly re a back issue

The appointment itself was great. Dr Ray listened, took my preferences into account and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. However it was, unusually for this surgery, strangely difficult to get an appointment for the contraceptive clinic. The receptionists kept saying the next clinic was full but were unable to reserve a spot for me in the subsequent one unless I called within a narrow window on Friday afternoon.
