I was supposed to get a link to book a blood test, but that has not arrived. I am yet to visit the pharmacy to see if the PEF meter is there. These problems arrise frequently nowadays, and there is no email address for the surgery, so you have to call to sort out something thay should have been sorted already. This is especially frustrating when you have gone to pharmacy and the item has not been prescribed.

The duty doctor I spoke to on Monday was brilliant.... sympathetic and listened to my concerns. After a delayed response from my Anima request on Friday I was just happy to get some medication to ease the pain and thankfully its working

Taking and booking appointments is so hard they always try to reject or deny or tried to avoid the appointment over the Internet it's not easy to book a appointment over the Internet
