The doctor i saw was super super efficient listened to the symptoms i described diagnosed the problem immediately referred me to the hospital immediately and all is being sorted with them

Dr hall has always stood by me and always helped me, I couldn’t ask for a better doctor in my whole entire lifetime, and thank you guys for always being there for me in my bad times, I could go on but I think I have said my point

The nurse i saw explained why my leg was leaking fluid and even drew me a diagram explaining why my vein was struggling and explained what is struggling in my vein, she even got a Dr in to go over my anti biotics. She's very good hang on to her. She explained more to me in one dressing change than three visits to the orthapeadic dept at TW Hospital and a&e

I was seen very quickly and given a prescription. Unfortunately the eye drops didn’t solve my problem. I have been to the apcos centre in the pantiles, doctor gave me the information .

Anima request placed regarding my 4 month old son. I was called around 10 minutes later for an appointment within the hour. We were then seen promptly. My concerns were addressed fully and a treatment plan was identified. I felt reassured and was extremely impressed with the speed of the service. Thank you Dr Lofthouse.

Attended for Leuprorelin injection. Seen by practice nurse shortly after appointment time. Cheerful and efficient service. Would be great if I could book my next injection, now rather than having to telephone three weeks before - in three months time.

The Doctor Who I have never spoken to before was very helpful, understood my needs, and arrange for the necessary CT scan of my chest. I find all the Doctors at Grosvenor medical Centre and Saint Jameses medical Centre which are all part of the same group to be very helpful.

Excellent service, received by reception. Along with the lovely nurse who explained everything clearly and fully. My father coming up 89, finds it difficult to get to the Upper Grosvenor surgery, however the delightful lady on reception was more than helpful with helping. I travel 30 miles to support my Dad in his medical appointments. This was made easier. His appointment for RSV vaccine and wound check was so clearly relayed by the fantastic nurse who saw him. Thank you for your great service. Albeit he still would like to go to the St James surgery as it is 5 minutes away for him! He does like a walk!! Thank you all. Daughter of the patient.

I never have a problem with surgery.. The nurses are excellent. I have more dealings with the nurses. I dont have problems with reception. The dr is usually very helpful.

Dr Matt is a very caring and efficient GP, as are all the GP’s at the surgery. The clerical staff are also excellent, always helpful, kind efficient and patient. I consider myself very fortunate to have such a supportive, caring GP practice. Thank you so much.
