Accessible for me personally, admin staff are always as helpful, competent, accommodating and friendly as possible. The Medical staff are kind, patient compassionate and obviously, competent. The whole practice is a complete package, I do not believe that as a practice, they could possibly do anything more professional or competent. I feel safe in their hands. THANK YOU

Appointment was perfectly on time with Dr Lenoj Kanageswaran. He was friendly, attentive and thorough. Discussion and explanations of my condition, and of the meds was clear and reassuring. Whole consultation was exemplary.

Excellent service Always get same day appointments if required. All doctors l have seen at the practice have been first class . Ido sometimes have trouble with Anima but my husband accesses this on my behalf.

I think the questionnaire at the start asked a lot of questions that would already be in my medical record. A simpler way of contacting would be better. But overall the response time by the gp and utilisation of a paramedic was really positive.

My appoinment was on time and the phlabotomist was quick in her work and friendly, it was over and done in seconds, no pain and no fuss and i was very happy with her skill level as i did not feel anything.
