Dr Lenoj Kanageswaran was very patient and really took the time to listen to my 12 yr old son and reassure him that his pains weren’t because of anything worrying. He had a calm and gentle manner and couldn’t have been any nicer! He was professional, kind and caring. Highly recommend, thank you!

Seen quickly by Dr. Malik, who was kind and caring, and who listened attentively, noticed things, asked relevent questions and expedited further treatments and tests speedily. He explained patiently, reassured and referred me onwards swiftly. He was totally wonderful.

The nurse I saw spent a lot of time looking at her computer and avoiding eye contact. I had to ask her to explain her technical language. She was very nice and drew blood painlessly. The doctor was charming.

This 'very good' rating was because the appointment was on time, and I got this appointment most promptly following my Dexa scan. The implications of osteoporosis and it's potential treatments were clearly explained by Dr. Smialowski. A risk questionnaire was quick, and easy to give results. I was immediately emailed a form to assess my calcium intake- as well as how to improve this. I felt the clinical care, from Dr. Smialowski was excellent. I was pleased by the quantity of instantly accessible information given me. Thank you

Dr Matt telephone and advised me to go to see him, was seen within 30mins, medication given to help my infection and symptoms. System can work but anima not always easy to navigate.
