I requested an appointment for a non- urgent hip issue on Monday and was seen by a wonderful musculoskeletal specialist, Jeffrey, on Thursday. Excellent service. He identified multiple issues and is arranging a scan and further treatment. I don’t know why I waited months in pain before seeking advice.

I don't feel like I'm being listened to and it is really frustrating. The telephone appointments are so rushed that i don't feel there is enough time to cover everything and get the right advice.

The Dr I saw was very helpful & phoned me later that day as he said he would He said he had not found the answer he wanted & would phone me later in the week He phoned a few days later with the answer & since then I have had the treatment I needed It has helped a great deal He is a very good Dr & a credit to your practice

Dr Malik is the best GP I have had over the last 25 years. His bedside manner is phenomenal. He always patiently and clearly explains things. I was very frightened by the symptoms I had over the weekend and felt reassured after seeing him. His diagnose and advice were very thorough. Every time either my children or I have seen him he has delivered the same kind service.

After filling in anima I got a call back that afternoon. However then had to wait 4 working days to see a GP, who referred me to urgent dermatology due to lump. That appointment isn’t for 2 weeks so all very stressful waiting to hear what lump is.

Dr Ray was thoughtful, empathetic and professional. The surgery is always so efficient with all aspects of administration including scheduling appointments within hour of a online request. The doctors and nurses listen, and give good professional judgement with care. Really feel well cared for and able to discuss sensitive issues. It’s an amazing surgery.

Contacted pharmacist to request strong pain killers for broken wrist. Surgery hadn't received hospital report so GP rang me for update and prescribed appropriately.

I had many questions about a possible diagnosis, and the GP answered all of them in detail and explained what wd happen next. I wasnt rushed. He printed some information for me as well. He was very considerate.

The consultation was thorough, i was given options for additional support, and i came away with feeling glad i went. The fact that the doctor wanted to check in was great. It can be hard to ask for help with my condition but ive always found it easy to discuss it with my doctor. I would just say that the doors to the consultation rooms are very thin and you can hear voices through them. Some might not want to be overheard.
