Excellent service, received by reception. Along with the lovely nurse who explained everything clearly and fully. My father coming up 89, finds it difficult to get to the Upper Grosvenor surgery, however the delightful lady on reception was more than helpful with helping. I travel 30 miles to support my Dad in his medical appointments. This was made easier. His appointment for RSV vaccine and wound check was so clearly relayed by the fantastic nurse who saw him. Thank you for your great service.
Albeit he still would like to go to the St James surgery as it is 5 minutes away for him! He does like a walk!! Thank you all. Daughter of the patient.
