My GP surgery provides an excellent service because the staff are always caring, compassionate, professional and understanding. I feel listened to and treated with genuine respect whenever I contact the surgery. The doctors and nurses take the time to understand my needs, explain things clearly and provide appropriate support. The reception team are also helpful, kind and accommodating, which makes a real difference, particularly when I am going through a difficult period. I have always felt that my wellbeing is genuinely important to the whole team. Their continuity of care, communication and compassion give me confidence that I am in safe and caring hands. I am extremely grateful for the support and excellent service they provide.

Appointment booking process was straightforward. I was given a number of appointment options and selected the most convenient. Saw the GP who was able to reassure me my mole and sore on my nose were not concerning. He gave useful guidance on topical treatment if necessary for the nose sore. Left the appointment feeling relieved. I was pleased he agreed to also look at the nose sore, even though I hadn't mentioned this on the Anima form.

My own new GP telephoned me with my blood result and diagnosis, gave me lots of info and advice, made appointments, prescribed new medication and answered questions, leaving me encouraged.

My Gp is always available to chat to me at short notice once I have sent in any concerns via Anima . Feedback time is really efficient too .

I don’t go to doctor very often but when I do it seems very efficient. I find anima system cumbersome and when it offered some appointments there were none available

The Dr i saw was very welcoming. I did not feel rushed and i felt listened to. I work for the NHS and always feel that this surgery upholds our values.

Nurse Linda is very parient and nice. She explains all the issues in detail taking appropriate time. The staff there is also very supportive and guide me adequately.

Excellent service, received by reception. Along with the lovely nurse who explained everything clearly and fully. My father coming up 89, finds it difficult to get to the Upper Grosvenor surgery, however the delightful lady on reception was more than helpful with helping. I travel 30 miles to support my Dad in his medical appointments. This was made easier. His appointment for RSV vaccine and wound check was so clearly relayed by the fantastic nurse who saw him. Thank you for your great service. Albeit he still would like to go to the St James surgery as it is 5 minutes away for him! He does like a walk!! Thank you all. Daughter of the patient.
