My GP explained the results of my ultrasound scan and what treatment she proposed. She then explained what to expect when having a mirena coil fitted. I felt well informed and not rushed.

Great experience, my GP gave me the best options and organised tests very quick I had an ECG and a blood test the nurse was great, in general it was a nice experience

Requested an in person meeting and a call was booked in stead, only for the doctor to recommend an in person appt. Lots of wasted time.

I turned up for my blood test 1 hour too early - albeit it was my error - l was slotted in very quickly which saved me having to return for my correct time. Many thanks to the phlebotomist and the receptionist.

I think the doctor was thorough and gave me time. There are no instant solutions but she made a plan of action. I appreciated her help and understanding.

Quick and easy check in. Reception staff on second visit was a really nice and helpful lad, however, the lady on my previous visit, couldn’t be bothered to look up or deal with my checking in query. Face to face with my doctor was really good.

Lovely friendly new receptionist he was so nice and polite went into appointment 10 minutes late which is fine and dr malik was professional kind and caring very understanding and listened to every word

On this occasion I didn't have to wait for my appointment However on 16 Feb I provided a urine same at St James and was told as there were no nurses I would have to walk the sample over to Grosvenor This was a bit of an inconvenience I signed up with St James over 20 years ago as it is very local to where I live Since the merger of the two practises most of my appointments have been at Grosvenor I am slighly disappointed than St James seems to havr become a secondary/sub unit of Grosvenor

Dr Lenoj was very helpful, listened attentively to my questions and patiently explained in detail my recent test results, which was very reassuring. Exactly what one would hope for from a consultation!

The GP I spoke to helped with my query promptly and was professional and listened to me with care and patience. He followed up on all points discussed with appointment booked and prescription sent to my elected Pharmacy. I am very grateful for his help.

Appointments since being registered have been issued in a timely manner and as appropriate for my needs. Staff are pleasant and helpful and I therefore have no concerns about the duty of care I receive under this surgery. Well done.

Appointment ran on time and we had two nurses / phlebotomist to help our toddler with blood draw. They were patient and quick. Vein found quickly! They were sweet with him after offering a sticker!
